- Experience in manufacturing of Hydrogenators, reactors, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns having NDT Level II in RT, UT, PT. - must be expert in RT & exotic material fabrication -must have basic knowledge of ASME codes

Key Responsibilities : Data Collection & Management: Gather data from various departments, including production, sales, finance, and quality control. Maintain and update databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies related to production output, sales figures, and inventory levels. Performance Monitoring: Create dashboards and visualizations to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Monitor the performance of manufacturing projects and sales pipelines against set targets. Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement based on data analysis. Provide actionable recommendations to management to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Communication: Present complex data in a clear and understandable format to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with department heads to understand their data needs and provide tailored reports. Software Proficiency: Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Excel (advanced), Power BI, Tableau, or other similar platforms for data analysis and reporting. Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is a plus. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing data is highly desirable. Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 1. ERP System Management Administer, monitor, and maintain the company’s ERP system (e.g., SAP / Tally Prime / Microsoft Dynamics / customized ERP). Coordinate with ERP vendors or developers for troubleshooting, upgrades, and new module implementation. Manage user access rights, roles, and permissions. Train and support end users in ERP modules (Production, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Accounts, etc.). Ensure data accuracy, regular backup, and reporting through the ERP system. Analyze process gaps and suggest ERP enhancements for operational efficiency. 2. IT Infrastructure & Support Maintain and troubleshoot computers, printers, scanners, network devices, and other hardware. Manage LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, firewalls, and routers. Ensure regular data backups and system security (antivirus, access control, patch updates). Install and configure new software, hardware, and applications. Provide day-to-day technical support to staff across departments. 3. Networking & Server Maintenance Monitor and maintain server performance, storage, and uptime. Ensure network security and resolve connectivity issues promptly. Coordinate with service providers for leased lines, CCTV, and other digital systems. 4. IT Policy & Documentation Maintain IT asset records and inventory. Prepare and update IT-related documentation (user manuals, system configuration, etc.). Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data protection standards.
